Masanao Nakamura et al. Novel ultrathin double-balloon endoscopy for the diagnosis of small-bowel diseases: a multicenter nonrandomized study

In a nonrandomized study comparing a new ultrathin flexible double-balloon endoscope with the standard double-balloon device, the authors concluded that the new system seems less harmful to the pancreas during antegrade double-balloon endoscopy.
