Eine naturgetreue Kompositrestauration in der Front stellt hohe Anforderungen an das
verwendete Material und den Behandler. Am natürlichen Zahn angelehnte Schichttechniken
und individualisierte Matrizentechniken ermöglichen vorhersagbare ästhetische Resultate.
Meist sind es aber nicht das Material oder die optimale Farbauswahl, die eine Restauration
schließlich unsichtbar erscheinen lassen, sondern viele kleine, aber konsequent umgesetzte
Details. Worauf man bei einer effektiven Vorgehensweise achten sollte und welche Besonderheiten,
Vor- und Nachteile im Vergleich zu konventionellen indirekten Therapieverfahren die
direkte Komposittechnik hat, wird in diesem Beitrag herausgestellt.
Abstract
For lifelike composite restorations in the anterior region, high demands are placed
on the material used and the practitioner. Layering techniques based on the natural
tooth and individualized matrix techniques enable predictable aesthetic results. In
most cases, however, it is not the material or the optimal shade selection that ultimately
make a restoration appear invisible, but rather many small and consistently implemented
details. What to look for in an effective procedure and what special features and
advantages the direct composite technique has compared to conventional indirect therapy
methods will be elaborated in this article.
