Art in Endoscopy: A metal daisy

After creation of a hepaticogastrostomy, a first stent (the outer stent with a distal flare seen in the image) was found to be too short. We inserted a longer second SEMS, using the stent-in-stent technique, to secure the hepaticogastrostomy tract. The distal ends of the two stents had an accidental resemblance to the composite flower of a daisy.
