Cell viability was measured by MTT assay and presented as a percentage to those of control group. c H460 and d A549 cells were similar treated with ETD or hydrogen peroxide (H2O2, 100 µM) as a positive control; apoptotic cell death was examined by Hoechst 33342 DNA staining assay.
