Antiseptika als Adjuvanz in der Parodontitistherapie
Sie kennen das: Kaum haben Sie Ihrer/m Patientin/en erklärt, dass Parodontitis durch Bakterien hervorgerufen wird, möchte der Patient unbedingt wissen, welche Mundspülung also am besten zu benutzen sei. Die Enttäuschung ist dann meistens groß, wenn Sie die Erwartungen an ein Mundwasser herb einschränken müssen. Warum ist das eigentlich so, und wann kann ein gutes Antiseptikum vielleicht doch hilfreich sein?
