Psychotherapie bei Adipositas

Die Prävalenz von Adipositas hat sich seit 1975 verdreifacht – aktuell sind ca. 60% der Erwachsenen in Deutschland übergewichtig oder adipös. Die Entstehung ist multifaktoriell. Leitliniengemäß soll eine multimodale Behandlung herangezogen werden, die Aspekte der Ernährungs-, Bewegungs- und Verhaltenstherapie beinhaltet. Menschen mit Adipositas leiden zudem häufig an komorbiden psychischen Erkrankungen sowie unter Stigmatisierung durch die Gesellschaft.
