Die elektrische Kardioversion – Schritt für Schritt

Die elektrische Kardioversion ist eine sehr effektive und schnelle Behandlungsmöglichkeit bei Vorhofflimmern, Vorhofflattern oder tachykarden ventrikulären Rhythmusstörungen, insbesondere wenn diese lebensbedrohlich sind oder die Lebensqualität vermindern. Ihr Vorteil ist die zügige Anwendbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung weniger Kontraindikationen. Entscheidend ist die richtige Durchführung, die nachfolgend detailliert dargelegt wird.
