Diagnosestellung bei akutem Abdomen

Akut einsetzende Bauchschmerzen sind ein häufiger Grund für die Alarmierung des Rettungsdienstes. Einige Patienten zeigen den Symptomenkomplex eines akuten Abdomens, dessen mögliche Ursachen vielfältig sind, sich aber häufig präklinisch bereits eingrenzen lassen. Eine sorgfältige Anamnese und klinische Untersuchung sind notwendig, um besonders gefährdete Patienten zu erkennen und zielgerichtet zu behandeln.
