Aktueller Stand der Mammasonografie
Beim Screening und in der kurativen Therapie des Mammakarzinoms ist die Mammografie die Bildgebung der Wahl. Der Brustultraschall ist jedoch ein weiterer Baustein in der Brustbildgebung und wesentlich, um z. B. Befunde aus der digitalen Mammografie oder der dynamischen MRT zu bewerten, eine Läsion als gut- oder bösartig zu klassifizieren oder verdächtige Läsionen zu biopsieren.
