Sexueller Missbrauch bei Patientinnen mit chronischer Schmerzsymptomatik

Eine Fallserie aus 6 Sozialgerichtsgutachten zwischen 2018 und 2020 soll zeigen, dass eine multilokuläre Schmerzsymptomatik oder Ganzkörperschmerz nicht leichtfertig in die Kategorie Fibromyalgiesyndrom oder Somatisierungsstörung „abgeschoben“ werden darf. Vielmehr kann sich dahinter eine – auch länger zurück liegende – Erfahrung von sexueller Gewalt verbergen (oder auch eine Depression), die adäquat therapiert werden müssen.
