Zusammenfassung
Mit der hier vorgestellten Kasuistik wird der Krankheitsverlauf eines Patienten
mit synchron hepatisch metastasiertem Sigmakarzinom erneut aufgegriffen. Der
ungewöhnliche Erkrankungs- und Behandlungsverlauf machte es
möglich, diesen Patienten mehrfach vorzustellen. Nach dem initialen
Konzept der neoadjuvanten Systemtherapie mit noch kurativem Ansatz, wird heute
in der Situation einer hepatischen Oligometastasierung der moderne Einsatz der
Körperstereotaxie beschrieben. Begleitet wird diese innovative
Behandlungsmaßnahme durch geeignete Maßnahmen der supportiven
Komplementärmedizin.
Abstract
With the case report presented here, the course of the disease of a patient with
synchronous hepatic metastatic sigmoid carcinoma is taken up again. The unusual
course of the disease and treatment made it possible to present this patient
several times. After the initial concept of neoadjuvant systemic therapy with a
still curative approach, the modern use of stereotactic body radiotherapy is
described today in the situation of hepatic oligometastasis. This innovative
radiation treatment is accompanied by suitable measures of supportive
complementary medicine.
