Multiples Myelom
Therapieoptimierung mit alten und neuen Wirksubstanzen
Für die Behandlung des multiplen Myeloms (MM) steht uns ein großes Armamentarium zur Verfügung. In welcher Sequenz wirksame Substanzen wie Daratumumab eingesetzt werden sollten, wurde in einer indirekten Studienanalyse retrospektiv untersucht. Für spätere Therapielinien zeichnen sich neue Therapiestrategien durch innovative Kombinationen ab.
