Erster epileptischer Anfall
Epileptische Anfälle sind ein häufiges klinisches Phänomen und die Lebenszeitprävalenz beträgt bis zu 5 %. Hierbei kommt es zu einer abnormalen exzessiven oder synchronen neuronalen Aktivität im Gehirn, die sich klinisch in einer Sprachstörung, vermindertem Bewusstsein oder motorischen Entäußerungen manifestieren kann.
