SOP Vaginale Beckenendlagengeburt

In den letzten Jahren ist die vaginale Geburt aus Beckenendlage (BEL) aufgrund einer bevorzugten primären Sectio caesarea relativ selten geworden. Damit fehlt zunehmend die breitflächige Expertise zur vaginalen Geburt aus BEL. Zudem sind Schnittentbindungen mit eigenen Risiken behaftet. Das hier vorgestellte Konzept erlaubt in bis zu der Hälfte der Fälle eine spontane Geburt aus BEL, d. h. ohne jegliche Assistenz.
