SOP Dronabinol und andere Cannabinoide in der Schmerztherapie

Seit der Freigabe von Arzneimitteln aus Cannabis als verkehrsfähige Medikamente Anfang 2017 haben sich Cannabis-Präparate insbesondere in der medikamentösen Schmerztherapie etabliert. Sie stellen jedoch keineswegs eine universelle Wunderwaffe in der Therapie dar, sondern sollten nur entsprechend bestimmter Empfehlungen und Vorgaben genutzt werden. Diese SOP soll die wichtigsten Punkte darstellen.
