25 Jahre Reanimation mit Amiodaron in Deutschland

Vor genau 25 Jahren publizierte Der Notarzt den Report einer erfolgreichen Reanimation mittels akut i. v. appliziertem Amiodaron ([Abb. 1]) [1]. Das war damals ein unübliches, nicht erprobtes und nicht zugelassenes Vorgehen, welches allein durch die pure Verzweiflung der handelnden Ärzte legitimiert wurde. Diese sind bis heute der Redaktion dankbar, dass sie den Fall dennoch zur Publikation akzeptiert und so den ersten entsprechenden Fallreport in Deutschland dokumentiert hat.
