Wassermangel in der Haut verhindern

Summary

Die Haut speichert große Mengen an Wasser. Eine eigene Schutzbarriere, bestehend aus dem Fett aus den Talgdrüsen, den Ceramiden aus der Epidermis, dem dermalen Mikrobiom und einem Säureschutzmantel, bewahrt sie vor übermäßigem Feuchtigkeitsverlust. Aggressives Reinigen zerstört jedoch diese Schutzbarriere und kann zu Hautschäden führen. Durch gemäßigte Reinigung und die richtige Hautpflege lässt sich der Schutzmantel stärken und übermäßiger Feuchtigkeitsverlust vermeiden.
