Magen in die Hose gerutscht?

Dass einem vor Schreck das Herz in die Hose rutscht, ist ja hinlänglich bekannt, aber der Magen??? Im Rahmen der Darmkrebsvorsorge wurde ein 58-jähriger Patient koloskopiert. Beschwerden wurden zum Untersuchungszeitpunkt verneint. Es zeigten sich in der Koloskopie 2 typische adenomatöse Polypen von je 1,5 cm Durchmesser im Zoekum und Sigma, sowie eine breitbasige polypoide Schleimhauterhabenheit von ca. 2 cm Durchmesser im Rektum.
