ABSTRACT
Vestibular migraine (VM) is the most common form of spontaneous episodic vertigo and 2nd most common form of vertigo. This disease is very restricting for the patients and has a negative impact on quality of live. To diagnose VM might be challenging, as the clinical picture is very heterogenous and there are no clinical signs or objective measurements that define VM. This often result in wrong or no diagnosis. This review covers diagnostic criteria, epidemiological, clinical data, paraclinical tests and important differential diagnosis to improve diagnosing VM.
