Gemischter Keimzelltumor des Endometriums im Senium

Keimzelltumoren treten meist im Kindesalter und in den Gonaden auf. Bei der Diagnostik und Verlaufskontrolle helfen bestimmte Tumormarker, ihre Therapie erfolgt chirurgisch und mittels Polychemotherapie. Unser Bericht beschreibt einen in mehrerer Hinsicht atypischen Fall in der ohnehin schon seltenen Tumorgruppe.
