Zervikale Schwellung beidseits und Heiserkeit – eine seltene Ursache

Anamnese

Eine 68-jährige Patientin wurde bei seit 6 Wochen bestehender zervikaler Schwellung beidseits sowie persistierender Heiserkeit seit 50 Jahren zur weiteren Untersuchung zugewiesen. Anamnestisch war die Größe der Schwellung fluktuierend. Schmerzen, Dysphagie oder Dyspnoe sowie eine B-Symptomatik wurden verneint. Nebendiagnostisch bestanden eine COPD GOLD II, ein obstruktives Schlafapnoesyndrom, eine Adipositas Grad III und ein Foramen ovale. Zudem lag ein aktiver Nikotinabusus von 40py vor.
