SOP Schlaganfall
Der Schlaganfall ist ein lebensbedrohlicher neurologischer Notfall, der seinen Namen vom „schlagartigen“ Beginn ableitet, dabei aber zwei gegensätzlich zu behandelnde Entitäten umfasst: die häufigere Ischämie (85%) und die seltenere Hirnblutung (15%). Der wichtigste Faktor in der Versorgung, vor allem der Ischämie, ist die Zeit, die vom Erkennen der Symptome bis zur Einleitung einer zielgerichteten Therapie vergeht („Time is Brain“).
