Zusammenfassung
Im vorliegenden Artikel wird der Fall einer Patientin mit anhaltenden Beschwerden geschildert. Dabei wird auf die Anamnese und den Clinical-Reasoning-Prozess ausführlich eingegangen. Im biopsychosozialen Kontext werden Yellow Flags und ihr Einfluss auf ein Angstvermeidungsverhalten erörtert. Edukative Ansätze und mögliche Behandlungsstrategien werden diskutiert.
Abstract
This article describes the case of a patient with persistent complaints. The medical history and the clinical reasoning process will be addressed in detail. In the biopsychosocial context, yellow flags and their influence on fear-avoidance behavior are reviewed. Educational approaches and possible treatment strategies are discussed.
