Zusammenfassung
„Teach Love“ ist ein partizipatives Wissenstransferprojekt, in dem phasenübergreifende
Aus- und Weiterbildungen für Lehrer*innen und Menschen in sozialen Berufen zu aktuellen
Themen rund um Sexualität, Gesundheit, Beziehung und Liebe implementiert werden. Das
Konzept verfolgt einen Vierschritt aus a) Wissensinput entlang des aktuellen Forschungsstandes,
b) psychologisch begleiteter Reflexion von der persönlichen Erfahrung und Haltung,
c) Transfer in die Praxis und Implementierung sowie d) Evaluation und Weiterentwicklung.
Das Ziel ist, dass ausgebildete Erwachsene Kinder und Jugendliche begleiten können,
in den aktuellen Diskursen und Paradigmen bewusst und gesund zu navigieren und zu
entscheiden. Neben diesem Kompetenzaufbau soll durch aktive Community-Arbeit Rückhalt
gegeben und damit Resilienz gefördert werden. In Zusammenarbeit mit Wissenschaftler*innen
und Praktiker*innen aus Psycho- und Körpertherapie sowie Hebammen wird bei „Teach
Love“ ein anerkennender und schützender Raum geschaffen, in dem mit Zuversicht, Vertrauen
und Freude über Ernstes gesprochen wird. Formal umfassen die Angebote vor allem digitale
Weiterbildungsformate, Supervision sowie Kommunikation über Social Media, aber zusätzlich
auch Workshops und Events in Präsenz.
Abstract
“Teach Love” is a participatory knowledge transfer project in which training and further
education on current topics about sexuality, health, relationships, and love are implemented
for teachers, social workers, and student teachers. The concept follows a four-step
approach, consisting of a) input in line with the current state of research, b) psychologically
guided journaling and reflections regarding the personal stance and attitudes of participants,
c) knowledge transfer to practice and implementation, and d) evaluation and further
development of the training. The aim of the project is for participants, once trained,
to be able to navigate in current discourses and paradigms to build confidence and
competence in accompanying children and adolescents making conscious and healthy decisions
in both analog and digital conditions in life. In addition, the project builds a community,
providing support and by all measures promoting resilience. In collaboration with
scientists and practitioners from psychotherapy, body therapy, and midwifery, “Teach
Love” creates an appreciative and protective space in which serious matters are discussed
with confidence, trust, and joy. Formally, the offers include digital training formats,
supervision, and communication via social media, as well as workshops and in person
events.
