Das primär kutane periphere T-Zell-Lymphom, nicht weiter spezifiziert (pcPTCL-NOS), ist eine seltene, zügig fortschreitende, maligne Erkrankung, die sich in schnell wachsenden Plaques oder Knoten manifestiert. Hier berichten wir über den Fall einer 42-jährigen Patientin, bei der nach histologischem Nachweis des pcPTCL-NOS trotz relativ niedriger prozentualer Expression von CD30-Antigen ein erfolgreicher therapeutischer Einsatz von Brentuximab Vedotin erfolgte. Nach 6 Wochen gab es eine rasche Besserung des Hautbefundes. Neben einer therapiebedingten Grad-1-Neuropathie an den Akren war Brentuximab Vedotin sehr gut verträglich.
Abstract
Primary cutaneous peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (pcPTCL-NOS), is a rare, progressive, and sometimes fatal disease that manifests as rapidly growing plaques or nodules. Here we report the case of a 42-year-old patient in whom brentuximab vedotin was successfully used therapeutically after histological confirmation of pcPTCL-NOS despite a relatively low percentage of CD30 antigens on the tumor cells. After 6 weeks there was a rapid improvement of the skin. Apart from an acral therapy-induced grade-1 neuropathy, brentuximab vedotin was very well tolerated.
