Nontraumatic Orbital Haemorrhage into the Inferior Rectus MuscleHintergrund
Spontane intraorbitale Blutungen sind selten, sie können, je nach Lokalisation innerhalb der Orbita, differenziert werden. Muskelassoziierte Blutungen bilden eine sehr seltene Untergruppe. Das klinische Bild beinhaltet meist eine schmerzhafte, plötzlich aufgetretene Proptosis mit binoklaren Doppelbildern.
