Endoskopische Resektionsverfahren EMR und ESD – Schritt für Schritt

Die meisten Polypen im Gastrointestinaltrakt sind klein und technisch einfach zu entfernen – heute stehen aber auch für ausgedehnte Präkanzerosen und frühe Malignome innovative endoskopische Resektionsmethoden zur Verfügung. Häufig lassen sich so operative Eingriffe vermeiden, insbesondere durch die endoskopische Mukosaresektion (EMR) und die endoskopische Submukosadissektion (ESD), die in diesem Beitrag detailliert dargestellt werden.
