Die Nuss-OP ist eine sichere Variante zur Korrektur einer Trichterbrust mit einer sehr guten Patientenakzeptanz und einer sehr hohen Patientenzufriedenheit. Allerdings setzt die operative Korrektur viel Erfahrung des Operateurs voraus und sollte deshalb nur in entsprechenden chirurgischen Abteilungen mit hoher Expertise durchgeführt werden [10].
ABSTRACT
Nuss-procedure is a safe option for the correction of a pectus excavatum with a very good patient acceptance and a very high patient satisfaction. However, the surgical correction requires a lot of experience of the surgeon and should therefore only be performed in appropriate by surgical departments with high expertise [10].
