Spezialisierte Ambulante Palliativversorgung (SAPV)

Was, wenn jemand so schwer und komplex krank ist, dass seine Versorgung im vertrauten häuslichen Umfeld nicht mehr alleine von den Angehörigen und dem jeweiligen Hausarzt bzw. Hausärztin gewährleistet werden kann? Muss er oder sie dann in der palliativen Situation in eine stationäre Pflegeinrichtung oder, wenn die Grunderkrankung zu weit fortgeschritten ist, in ein Hospiz? Auch wenn er oder sie das vielleicht gar nicht will?
