Dank des aktuellen Wissensstands und der verfügbaren nicht- und minimalinvasiven diagnostischen Möglichkeiten wird die Pankreatitis bei der Katze immer häufiger diagnostiziert. Doch trotz der vielen Informationen stellt sie aus Sicht der Diagnostik eine echte Herausforderung dar und eine gezielte Therapie ist immer noch nicht möglich.
