SOP Arthrodesen am Mittel- und Rückfuß
Einleitung
Die Arthrose der Gelenke des Rück- und Mittelfußes hat vielfältige Ursachen und geht nicht selten mit Achsfehlstellungen im Rückfuß und/oder Vorfuß einher. Das Ziel der Korrektur und Versteifung einzelner Gelenke oder deren Kombination ist ein schmerzfreier, belastbarer und stabiler Fuß.
