Hautnah – Ayurveda bei Hauterkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

Der Zugang der traditionellen Ayurveda-Medizin zu Gesundheit und Krankheit ist systemisch. Dies trifft auch auf die Haut und ihre Erkrankungen zu. Neben lokalen Ursachen (die selbstverständlich auch vorkommen können) schaut der Ayurveda bei intensiveren Hautstörungen auf den Gesamtstoffwechsel und dessen Regulation. Gleichzeitig ist zu beachten, dass der Ayurveda von einer multifaktoriellen Genese ausgeht und die Patienten individuell betrachtet. Daher werden auch die Therapiemaßnahmen i. d. R. genau auf die vorhandene Störung, die individuelle Konstitution und die Lebensumstände inkl. der Ernährung abgestimmt. Der Beitrag geht auf die psychosomatischen und organischen Ursachen ein und beschreibt dies anhand eines klinischen Praxisbeispiels aus dem Rosenberg Kur- und Gesundheitszentrum in Birstein.

Abstract

Traditional Ayurvedic medicine’s approach to health and disease is systemic. This is also true for the skin and associated diseases. In addition to local causes (which of course can also occur), Ayurveda looks at the overall metabolism and its regulation in the case of more intense skin disorders. At the same time, it should be noted that Ayurveda starts from a multifactorial genesis and looks at patients individually. Therefore, the therapeutic measures are usually tailored to the existing disorder, the individual constitution as well as the living conditions, including nutrition. The article deals with the psychosomatic and organic causes and describes these on the basis of a clinical practical example from the Rosenberg Kur- und Gesundheitszentrum in Birstein.
