Die Fußgesundheit ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung, um die geforderte und gewohnte Arbeitsleistung erbringen zu können. Gerade im OP sind spezifische Belastungen durch langes Stehen oder Gehen besonders ausgeprägt. OP-Schuhe können die Fußgesundheit stark beeinflussen, wenn sie nicht an die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter angepasst werden.
