Der Rettungsdienst wird nachmittags unter dem Einsatzstichwort „zunehmende Halsschwellung“ zu einem Bauernhof gerufen. Bei dem Patienten handelt es sich um einen 91-jährigen Herren, die Alarmierung erfolgte durch die besorgte Tochter des Patienten. Patient und Tochter werden im Wohnzimmer angetroffen. Er ist wach, ansprechbar, voll orientiert und läuft im Zimmer auf und ab.
