Cervical Cancer Metastasis to the Stomach Masquerading as Primary Gastric Cancer: A Case Report of a Rare Metastasis Detected via 18F-FDG PET/CT

Introduction
We present the case of a 66-year-old female patient diagnosed with cervical cancer, who exhibited complete regression of the primary lesion upon follow-up 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging after diagnosis and treatment. However, isolated gastric metastasis was detected.
