FLOT-Regime bleibt Standard in der perioperativen Therapie

Die perioperative Chemotherapie hat die Prognose von Patienten mit operablen Tumoren von Magen und gastroösophagealem Übergang (GEJ) deutlich verbessert, wobei das FLOT-Regime mit 5-Fluoruracil (5-FU)/Leukovorin, Oxaliplatin und Docetaxel ein häufig eingesetzter Standard ist. In 2 Studien wurde jetzt geprüft, ob sich das Outcome durch eine zusätzliche Checkpoint-Blockade verbessern lässt.
