How I do it – MRT bei neurodegenerativen Erkrankungen mit führender Demenzsymptomatik – Workflow und Bildauswertung

Die zerebrale MRT hat einen hohen Stellenwert in der Demenzdiagnostik. Das Erkrankungsspektrum ist vielfältig und weist oft Überlappungen und Mischformen auf. Standardisierte spezifische neurodegenerative MRT-Protokolle sowohl mit visuellen, semiquantitativen als auch mit automatisierten, quantitativ-volumetrischen Auswertungen helfen dabei, globale und regionale Atrophiemuster zu erkennen und auch im Verlauf zu bewerten.
