Klinische Untersuchung der Schulter
Bei Schulterbeschwerden hilft es nicht, die schmerzhafte Struktur zu kennen, um die Behandlung zu planen. Vielmehr ist es wichtig, die den Beschwerden zugrunde liegenden Mechanismen zu eruieren. Dieser Artikel beschreibt den Untersuchungs-Algorithmus, der in der Universitätsklinik Balgrist praktiziert wird und einen strukturierten Behandlungsplan generiert.
