Erkrankungen der Hufe kommen bei Eseln häufig vor und werden manchmal erst spät erkannt. Bei der Diagnosestellung und Therapie sollten Esel-spezifische Verhaltensweisen und anatomische Besonderheiten des Eselhufes berücksichtigt werden.
