Die Insulindysregulation, wie sie beispielsweise im Rahmen des Equinen Metabolischen Syndroms (EMS) zu beobachten ist, ist eine Zivilisationserkrankung, die immer mehr Pferde betrifft. Da das klinische Bild insbesondere im frühen Stadium vielfältig sein kann, spielt die Diagnostik eine sehr wichtige Rolle. Erfahren Sie hier, welche Tests bei welchen Patienten sinnvoll sind und welche Therapiemöglichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen.
