Tropenkrankheiten in der Notaufnahme

Klimawandel, Migration und Globalisierung bringen zunehmend tropische Infektionskrankheiten nach Europa – eine Herausforderung für Notaufnahmen, die auf seltene, oft gefährliche Erreger vorbereitet sein müssen. Dieser Artikel zeigt, worauf es ankommt: Wie erkenne ich Tropenkrankheiten frühzeitig? Welche Diagnostik ist entscheidend?
