Tumoröse Kalzinose – Morbus Teutschländer – am Ringfingergrundgelenk

Zusammenfassung
Eine 51-jährige Patientin präsentierte sich mit einer druckdolenten Schwellung palmar über dem Metakarpophalangealgelenk des Ringfingers. Konventionell radiologisch und kernspintomografisch zeigte sich eine einzelne abgerundete Raumforderung. Nach operativer Exzision und histologischer Aufarbeitung erfolgte die Diagnosestellung der seltenen tumorösen Kalzinose (Synonym: Morbus Teutschländer).
