Distale Femurfrakturen: Techniken der retrograden Marknagelung – Schritt für Schritt

Bei der Nagelungsosteosynthese distaler Femurfrakturen wird ein intramedullärer Nagel eingesetzt, der durch Verriegelungsschrauben fixiert wird. Dies ermöglicht neben der Stabilität und präzisen Rekonstruktion der Gelenkfläche ein minimalinvasives Vorgehen und die frühe Mobilisation des Patienten.
