Spontaneous Closure of a Full-Thickness Macular HoleAnamnese
Eine 66-jährige Patientin stellte sich bei uns mit plötzlich aufgetretener linksseitiger Sehverschlechterung und Zentralskotom, erstmalig seit 1 Woche vor. Trauma und ophthalmologische Voroperationen wurden verneint. Systemisch lag ein oral medikamentös gut regulierter Diabetes mellitus Typ 2 seit 12 Jahren vor.
