Cutane Silent Periods zeigen Beteiligung von A-delta-Fasern bei Charcot-Marie-Tooth Typ 1A

Die Untersuchung von Cutanen Silent Periods (CSPs) kann eine Beteiligung von dünnmyelinisierten A-delta-Afferenzen, zusätzlich zu den bereits bekannten Veränderungen der dickmyelinisierten Fasern, bei Charcot-Marie-Tooth Typ 1A dokumentieren.
