Digital, Mensch oder beides?
Die Anwendung digitaler Ansätze in der Therapie von Patient*innen mit muskuloskelettalen Beschwerden scheint vielversprechend zu sein, gerade wenn „Face-to-Face“- mit Online-Interventionen kombiniert werden. Diese Kombination, auch „Blended Training“ genannt, läuft in mehreren Schritten ab. Anhand eines Blended Trainingsprogramms für Patient*innen mit chronischen Rückenschmerzen wird exemplarisch vorgestellt, welcher Schritt auf welchen folgt.
