Fazit

Somit bleibt die Anwendung von Botulinumtoxin-A auch bei der EP, wie übrigens auch in anderen Anwendungen bei sexuellen Funktionsstörungen des Mannes, eine experimentelle, „Off-label“-Therapie, deren Routineeinsatz sicher im Moment nicht zu rechtfertigen und zu empfehlen ist.
