Prähospitale Sonografie – eine Evaluation der Anwendung in der Luftrettung
Prehospital Ultrasound – an Evaluation of the Application in a Helicopter Emergency Medical ServiceZusammenfassung
Abstract
Emergency point of care ultrasound is a well established tool, it can be used rapidly and at the bedside, the application is increasing in the prehospital setting, too. The DRF Luftrettung uses this technique for more than 20 years. The paper shows the modalities of application in HEMS and the consequences of the scan. Moreover, strategies for improvement were shown.
