Endoskopische Resektion von Frühkarzinomen im GI-Trakt: Innovation und Revolution
Die stetige Neu- und Weiterentwicklung der endoskopischen Resektionstechniken von Frühkarzinomen im Gastrointestinaltrakt (GI-Trakt) hat eine beeindruckende Veränderung – weg von radikaler Chirurgie, hin zu minimal-invasiver organerhaltender endoskopischer Resektion – ermöglicht. So haben sie sich bei fehlender oder begrenzter submukosaler Infiltration ohne zusätzliche Risikofaktoren als Therapie der Wahl im Ösophagus, Magen und Rektum etabliert.
