Falldarstellung: 26-jährige Patientin, seit Tagen progrediente Halsschmerzen rechts mit Schluckbeschwerden, Globusgefühl, Hypersalivation, Fieber (39,5 °C), geringgradige Belastungsdyspnoe. Nimmt Immunsuppressiva bei juveniler Polyarthritis.
